UCHI
$$$ - Uchi is by far one of the best sushi experiences Dallas has to offer ( & even Texas).
The fish is flown in daily from Tokyo's Tsukiji fish market.
Design: Midcentury Modern Eclectic.
Ambiance: Lively & elevated. Great place for a date night or an evening with close friends.
Must Order: Gyu-Toro & Hama Chili.
Local Tip: If Uchi cannot accept your rez, visit their sister restaurant Uchiba ( Located right above Uchi).

GEORGIE
$$$ - Georgie is Michelin-Starred Chef Curtis Stone’s Neo-French-Brasserie Steakhouse located in the Knox-Henderson Area.
Design: Art Deco Modern
Ambiance: Lively & elevated. Great for a girls/guys night out dinner or date night.
Must Order: Rack of Lamb & Australian Prawns
Local Tip: If you don’t end up going for dinner, they have a delicious brunch menu on weekends.

IL BRACCO
$$ - Absolutely delicious Italian restaurant, located in the Plaza at Preston Center in University Park, features house-made pastas and breads, as well as fresh fish and proteins butchered in house.
Design: Minimal Scandinavian meets Mid-Century Modern
Ambiance: Lively. Great for couples or groups.
Must Order: Al Limone Linguini and Olive Oil Sunday.
Local Tip: It’s always busy! Make reservations ahead of time!

CARBONE DALLAS
$$$ - If anyone’s brought old-school red-sauce Italian cooking into modern times, it’s the team behind New York’s Major Food Group, and you’ll definitely want a seat at the eagerly awaited Design District outpost of their flagship Carbone.
Design: Cozy old world Italian restaurant feels.
Ambiance: Very Lively. Great for a girls or guys night out,groups or a date night.
Must Order: Spicy Rigatoni & Meatballs
Local Tip: Reservations are made on Resy or via email, 30 days in advance, opening up at 9:00 AM CST. Make sure you book far in advance. If you can’t land a rez at Carbone, book their sister restaurant Vino(next to Carbone).

MOT HAI BA
$$ - Modern chef driven cuisine inspired by Vietnamese and French techniques
Design: Cozy hole-in-the wall eclectic feels.
Ambiance: Small restaurant but always busy. Great for date nights and an evening with intimate friends.
Must Order: Banh Bao, Kimchi and Foie Gras Dumplings.
Local Tip: Eat family style here, so you can try a little bit of everything!

LUCIA
$$$- With its tiny, intimate location (inside a 1920s-era former home) and all the accolades (including a James Beard semifinalist nod for Best Chef, Southwest), this Bishop Arts District spot remains one of our favorites. When you make it in, you’ll be treated to chef/owner David Uygur’s seasonal Italian-inspired menus
Design: 1920’s home, eclectic & cozy.
Ambiance: small intimate, busy but never super loud. Perfect for intimate date nights or a place to dine with close friends.
Must Order: Taglierini with Truffles
Local tip: Bishop Arts District has live music on most nights and a fair share of bars that you can walk to after dinner.
